Academic and Student Life
The Academic and Student Life series contains materials related to the student experience during the early years of the college. Materials cover the commencement ceremonies, student periodicals, student compositions, associated students meeting minutes, gradebooks, academic prospectus' and rosters. Thes materials include formats such as clippings, photographs, artifacts, and ephemera.
Associated students of Saint Mary's College, 1912 - 1926
One folder containing a book of minutes (bulk hand written, some typed) for associated students. Spine labeled "Register #6". Contains minutes of the College Athletic Association and the Associated Students of St. Mary's. An additional folder contains correspondence between the "National Student Committee for the Limitation of Armaments" and the Student Body (3 letters). "Minutes (pp 19-205), also includes minutes of athletic association for fall 1912 (pp 1-17)"

Eleven folders total. Ten folders containing documents (photocopied, possibly original) relating to "articles of incorporation" and "by-laws." additional folder labeled "correspondence SF" contains photocopies of correspondence between Alemany and an Archbishop (and possibly others) regarding the San Francisco era college. Container also includes lists of college expenses from 1888-1889.

Single box containing two volumes and some loose documents containing financial records and correspondence. One volume labeled "1. Statements of Tuition - 1868-1894, 2. letters of Archbishop Joseph S. Alemany, 1865, and 1879, (Brother V. Cyril seems to be the transcriber of these letters in 1913)" letters are hand transcribed. second volume labeled "Reports, The Annual Visit, July 21st, 1877 to 1935"

Documents are typed and handwritten. In some cases both handwritten and transcribed versions of the same document are present.
