Dedication of St. Mary's Park
Abstract
Verso reads: "An important event in the College’s centennial was the commemoration of the original site of Saint Mary’s College near Mission Street at the junction of College Street, Geneburn Way and Justin Drive (these streets are named after Christian Brothers) in the area of San Francisco which is appropriately called “Saint Mary’s Park”. Lending applause to commemorative plaque were Archbishop Joseph T. McGucken and Rt. Rev. Msgr. James Murray, pastor of Saint John’s parish."
